Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English (A1 to B1 level), both written and spoken
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role within travel, tourism, or a related field
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and proficiently multitask
- Globally-inclined experience preferred
- Prior experience using GDS booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus
- Reside within 50 miles of 10801 W. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135
- This role is 100% onsite
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service related to travel, tourism, or luxury concierge
- Strong proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Experience using global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre is a plus
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proven creativity in problem-solving and service delivery
- Familiarity with local Las Vegas luxury scene and elite experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Respond to client inquiries with personalized and timely service
- Manage service requests from initiation to completion ensuring attention to detail
- Secure reservations for top dining, exclusive shows, and bespoke travel experiences
- Develop and implement creative gifting and surprise initiatives for clients
- Collaborate with global partners to deliver extraordinary luxury experiences
- Clearly communicate supplier terms and booking details to clients
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and e-learning programs
