The company emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to creating vibrant, sustainable communities where residents can thrive and feel a strong sense of belonging. Situated in Boynton Beach, Florida, this opportunity allows candidates to join a dynamic team dedicated to managing one of the area’s well-regarded communities. GRS Community Management is known for its comprehensive approach, combining operational excellence with a strong understanding of community needs and the ability to adapt to changing environments in the residential property management sector.
The position of Lifestyle Director at GRS Community Management is a vital role focused on enriching the social fabric of the Boynton Beach community. This full-time role with a starting salary of $70,000 and up based on experience involves planning and orchestrating a variety of community social events and activities designed to foster resident engagement and satisfaction. The Lifestyle Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clubhouse social calendar, ensuring that events are well-organized, inclusive, and reflective of the community’s interests and lifestyle. The role requires a candidate with a proven background in social event planning, preferably in residential or homeowners association settings, who can manage vendor relations, coordinate logistics, and oversee private event rentals with professionalism and attention to detail.
Additionally, the Lifestyle Director plays a crucial role in community communications and marketing efforts. This includes the creation and distribution of promotional materials, managing email communications, updating public signage for community activities, and ensuring the overall goodwill of the community through effective and positive engagement. The successful candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities along with multitasking capabilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Canva, and other digital communication tools is essential.
The role also demands a hands-on approach to crisis management and problem-solving, as well as the flexibility to support events that may occur during evenings, weekends, or holidays. GRS Community Management offers not only a competitive compensation package but also a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with generous paid time off and employee referral incentives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced event planner looking to make a meaningful impact within a supportive community management environment and grow their career with a respected industry leader.
