Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- experience in activities/event planning and budgeting
- background in hospitality or travel industry
- familiarity with homeowners associations or homebuilder industry a plus
- current First Aid, CPR/AED certification as required
- proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- strong communication and writing skills
- strategic planning and supervisory skills
- initiative with sound judgment
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort and Golf to support company goals
- create a comprehensive member program including monthly activities for recreation, enrichment, creative expression, and travel
- collaborate with department leaders to develop synergistic programs
- host club events and solicit feedback for improvements
- establish strategic partnerships to showcase the Trilogy lifestyle and attract new members
- maintain open communication with members to share ideas
- assist members in achieving lifestyle goals using Member-led Clubs and MyTrilogyLife.com
- support budget creation and monitor financial goals
- update the member website daily to reflect community events
- contribute content to #MyTrilogyLife magazine
- perform other duties as assigned
