Job Description

Trilogy at Vistancia - Kiva Club is a premier community located in Peoria, Arizona, approximately 40 minutes west of Scottsdale and northwest of downtown Phoenix. This vibrant community features a range of amenities and experiences catering to its residents and guests, including the original community centerpiece Kiva Club, the Mita Club, the Trilogy Golf Course, V's Taproom restaurant, the full-service Alvea Spa, and a versatile events and wedding venue that are also available to the public. This environment provides a unique blend of luxury and community-centered living in a picturesque setting designed to enrich lifestyles and foster connections among members.

The role at Trilogy at Vistancia is for a full-time Lifestyle Director, offering an annual pay range of $75,000 to $80,000. The position is integral to the energy and spirit of the community, tasked with bringing the community to life through engaging events, programming, and communications. The Lifestyle Director will be part of a new management team and is responsible for developing and executing activities and events that appeal to a wide variety of club members. This includes creating a comprehensive member program that promotes recreation, enrichment, creative expression, and travel, leveraging proprietary programs such as Explore 52, Explore 360, and Club Connect.

The Lifestyle Director serves multiple critical functions: acting as a club ambassador, a marketing communicator, a manager of the community website (My Trilogy Life), a utility player ready to support any club needs, a financial administrator managing the role's budget, and an innovator accountable for developing new and unique activities. This multifaceted role requires a strong blend of interpersonal skills, creativity, organizational capabilities, and financial acumen. Responsibilities include fostering open communication with members, hosting events, gathering feedback, collaborating with other department leaders, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring all community events are accurately represented on the member website.

Successful candidates will possess a blend of personality, charisma, empathy, creativity, and technical skills, including copywriting, web content management, and digital communication deployment. The Lifestyle Director must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and aligned with the club's vision, demonstrating flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Reporting directly to the Club General Manager, this role is pivotal in enhancing member engagement and supporting the overall success of Trilogy at Vistancia.

Additional benefits include eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance plans starting the first month following employment commencement, paid time off accruing at a rate of 120 hours per year, seven paid holidays annually, and access to a 401(k) plan after 30 days of service. This full-time position offers career growth in a dynamic and supportive community-focused environment with a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life.
