The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $26 per hour depending on experience, along with an annual bonus eligibility, a monthly cellphone allowance, various health benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company matching. The work schedule typically runs from 9 am to 6 pm on weekends off Sunday and Monday, but requires flexibility to support resident events and activities as needed.
