The Lifestyle Coordinator at Vi at Silverstone is a critical position that directly contributes to promoting whole-person wellness among residents. This role supports the coordination and development of diverse programs and special events that cater to the social, recreational, educational, and leisure interests of an active senior population. In this capacity, the Lifestyle Coordinator works closely with the Lifestyle Director and other team members to ensure vibrant and meaningful engagement for residents. The coordinator is responsible for recruiting and collaborating with volunteers, independent contractors, and community resources to enhance the offerings and enrich the resident experience.

This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in recreation or a related field, particularly in designing and implementing activities tailored to seniors. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications. The Lifestyle Coordinator also provides leadership for the department during the absence of the Lifestyle Director, demonstrating a capacity to manage and motivate staff. Job Requirements
