Job Requirements

- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills

- Leadership capability during absence of director

- Experience designing and implementing activities for seniors preferred

Job Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of wellness programs
- Coordinate special events promoting resident engagement
- Recruit and manage outside volunteers and independent contractors
- Collaborate with community resources to enhance activity offerings
- Provide leadership in the absence of the Lifestyle Director
- Maintain organized records and reports
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
