Bartenders are expected to be detail-oriented, handling tasks such as managing cash accurately, providing knowledgeable information about beverages, and crafting high-quality drinks. Physical stamina is essential as this role involves standing, walking, and moving continuously during shifts. The position requires lifting and carrying objects up to 25 pounds, as well as performing movements like bending, twisting, and stooping.

Successful Bartenders embody Marriott's core values by creating a safe and professional atmosphere. They adhere strictly to company policies, safeguard company assets, and maintain professional appearance standards. They must be flexible and willing to perform reasonable duties beyond bartending to ensure smooth service delivery. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry who are motivated to build genuine relationships with guests and co-workers alike while maintaining a keen eye for service excellence and operational quality.

Candidates should hold at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent and possess a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
