This job opportunity is for a full-time, non-management Bartender position located in Washington, D.C. within a JW Marriott hotel setting. The hourly pay ranges from $23.78 to $31.70 and the position is tip eligible, reflecting the expectation of delivering excellent customer service in a high-end, luxury hospitality environment. As a Bartender, you will not only master the craft of beverage preparation but also play a key role in creating memorable and unique guest experiences. The successful candidate must possess foundational bartending skills while demonstrating a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and an understanding of evolving customer preferences and market trends. This role requires the bartender to be a true ambassador of the bar, taking personal responsibility for the guest experience beyond just drink mixing.
