Job Duties
- Mix drinks and prepare beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with customers and anticipating their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash, process transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and local offerings to enhance the beverage menu
