Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or related experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Must follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance
- Willingness to perform other reasonable duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- No supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar
