Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending or related hospitality experience
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in bartending or hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests according to established recipes and standards
  • Engage with guests to provide a welcoming and memorable experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary
  • Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene standards consistently
