Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach overhead and below the knees
- Must follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand, walk, and move actively for extended periods
Job Duties
- Mix drinks and cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences
- Provide attentive and personalized guest service beyond drink preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
- Handle cash and transactions accurately and responsibly
- Build relationships with guests and hotel staff to anticipate and meet needs
- Adhere to company safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Participate in inventory management and restocking supplies
