Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with dementia care preferred
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
Ability to stand, walk, talk, and hear as part of physical demands
Ability to move freely throughout the facility
Successful completion of FL Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Tact, sensitivity, and professionalism

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred
Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
