This role supports the Director by providing a full spectrum of program services aimed at improving resident engagement and satisfaction. A Lifestyle Assistant plays an important part in creating a vibrant community where residents can thrive socially, emotionally, and physically. This position requires a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism, especially when interacting with residents who may have unique needs such as dementia or other behavioral challenges. - Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Physical ability to walk, stand, talk, and hear
- Ability to move freely throughout the facility
- Sensitivity and professionalism in resident care

Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia

Job Duties
- Provide daily activity programs for residents
