The YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South is currently seeking dedicated and vigilant Lifeguards to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool users within YMCA facilities. The Lifeguard position at the YMCA offers a unique opportunity to be directly involved in community safety and member support while working in a mission-driven environment focused on making a positive impact. Lifeguards are expected to maintain constant surveillance of aquatic areas, promptly respond to emergencies, and uphold the highest standards of water safety and cleanliness.
