The LifeCafe Staff position is an hourly role that requires a dynamic individual passionate about delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Starting wages range from $16.50 to $19.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This role demands the ability to execute menu items, including food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks, accurately and swiftly in a fast-paced setting. Staff members are expected to engage positively with members by answering questions and providing helpful recommendations. Additionally, maintaining a sanitary environment is crucial to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. The position entails physical requirements such as standing for extended periods and lifting weights above 20 pounds, combined with the necessity to obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of employment.
