The LifeCafe Staff position is an hourly role with wages starting at $15.00 and up to $18.00, depending on experience and qualifications. Staff members are responsible for preparing and serving food, shakes, and beverages swiftly and accurately according to established recipes and speed-of-service protocols. Position holders should be physically capable of standing and moving about the café for extended periods, as well as able to handle lifting tasks. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
