The LifeCafe Staff position is an essential role within the Life Time community, focused on delivering exceptional food and beverage services to members. This role requires individuals who can efficiently prepare menu items including food, shakes, espresso drinks, and beverages while adhering to recipe and speed of service standards. LifeCafe Staff are expected to provide outstanding customer service by engaging with members, responding to inquiries, and offering recommendations that enhance the dining experience. In addition to service, maintaining a clean, sanitized, and well-organized café environment is a core responsibility of the position. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented setting, demonstrating both promptness and attention to detail. This is an hourly position with wages ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
