The LifeCafe Staff position is a fast-paced, customer-facing role crucial to delivering LifeCafe’s promise of quality, speed, and outstanding service. As a LifeCafe Staff member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving menu items—such as food, shakes, espresso drinks, and other beverages—following established recipes and operational standards. You will engage warmly and knowledgeably with customers, answering questions, offering menu suggestions, and ensuring that each guest enjoys a positive experience every time they visit. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the café environment is also a key responsibility, supporting both customer satisfaction and compliance with health standards. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting while standing or moving around the café for extended periods, demonstrating both stamina and attention to detail. With the necessity for CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days, it underscores the company’s commitment to safety and preparedness. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service, customer interaction, and contributing to a vibrant team culture where health and wellness are top priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

  • Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
  • Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
  • Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
