The LifeCafe Staff position requires individuals to be highly efficient, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining service quality during high-volume periods. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or cafe environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
