The LifeCafe Staff position is a dynamic role within Life Time's cafe service team. The staff member is responsible for preparing and executing menu items including food, shakes, and espresso drinks swiftly and efficiently, in accordance with the company’s recipe and speed of service standards. This role requires exceptional customer interaction skills, as the LifeCafe Staff will be engaging with members, responding to their inquiries, and making thoughtful suggestions regarding food and beverage selections. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment is also a critical component of this position, ensuring that the cafe operates smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. The hourly wage for this role starts at $15.00 and can increase up to $18.00, depending on the individual’s experience and qualifications. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
