The LifeCafe Staff position is a frontline role responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by executing food, beverage, and espresso drink orders efficiently and accurately according to established recipes and speed of service standards. This role emphasizes the importance of delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be attentive, quick, and able to engage with members by answering questions and providing thoughtful suggestions about menu offerings.
This role requires physical stamina as staff must be able to stand or move about the café for prolonged periods and perform repetitive bending and lifting tasks. Within the first 30 days of hire, LifeCafe Staff must obtain CPR/AED certification, underscoring the organization's commitment to safety and readiness. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
