Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods
  • ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • adherence to company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow recipes and standards precisely
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices

  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Executes food orders according to recipes and speed standards
  • executes shakes and beverage orders efficiently
  • responds to member questions and makes menu suggestions
  • maintains cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
  • executes espresso drink orders quickly and accurately
  • ensures sanitation and safety standards are met
  • supports team members and contributes to a positive work environment
