The LifeCafe Staff position at Life Time is a dynamic role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced café setting. This role requires executing menu items accurately and efficiently, including food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks, while adhering to recipe and speed of service standards. The LifeCafe Staff interacts directly with members, responding to questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, which is essential in upholding the café’s reputation for quality and hygiene. This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, move around the café, and lift items routinely. Additionally, LifeCafe Staff must obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of employment, underscoring the company's commitment to safety and readiness. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
