The LifeCafe Staff position is a key role within the cafe team, responsible for preparing and delivering menu items efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Staff members are expected to execute food orders, shakes, and espresso beverages quickly and accurately according to established recipes and speed of service guidelines. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide exceptional customer interactions by responding to questions and offering helpful suggestions. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the cafe space is another critical aspect of this position, creating a safe and comfortable dining experience. Employees must be physically capable of standing and moving throughout the cafe for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks involving some lifting. This position also requires certification in CPR and AED within the first 30 days of employment to support the safety and well-being of all patrons and staff.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
