The LifeCafe Staff role is a vital part of this mission, designed for motivated individuals passionate about customer service and food and beverage preparation. As a LifeCafe Staff member, you will be responsible for preparing food items, shakes, and beverages according to established recipes and service protocols while maintaining high standards of speed and accuracy. The position demands attention to detail, a commitment to cleanliness, and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Interacting directly with customers, you will provide knowledgeable responses to member inquiries and offer recommendations that enhance the overall member experience.

This hourly role offers wages starting at $15.00 and up to $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Success in this role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform light physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 pounds repeatedly, and obtaining CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of employment.
