Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience working in a restaurant with a fast casual or full service experience
- ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
- ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a fast casual or full service restaurant
- ServSafe certification within the first 90 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- ability to multitask efficiently
Job Duties
- Present menu
- answer questions
- make suggestions regarding food and service
- take orders from members/customers in assigned stations at the pool deck
- relay information to the kitchen
- efficiently deliver food/drink items ordered
- ensure cleanliness and order of area including cleaning surfaces and placing tables/chairs in proper places
- calculate bill and process payments
