The role of Server at Life Time is integral to delivering an outstanding member experience, focusing on exceptional customer service and efficient food and drink delivery. The Server is responsible for greeting members, presenting menus, answering questions with up-to-date knowledge about the offerings, and making thoughtful recommendations to enhance member satisfaction. They take accurate orders, coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages to members at the pool deck or designated service stations. Additionally, the Server maintains the cleanliness and organization of their work area, attending to the resetting of tables and sanitizing surfaces to uphold a welcoming environment. Accuracy in processing payments and ensuring smooth billing transactions is also expected. This position is hourly, with wages ranging from $18.00 to $21.25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Servers must demonstrate physical capability to handle routine tasks like lifting weights over 20 lbs and prolonged periods of movement within the Cafe. The position requires certifications in ServSafe within 90 days of hire and CPR/AED within 30 days, ensuring adherence to safety and health standards.
