Job Requirements

  • One year of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop
  • Ability to perform repetitive bending and lift more than 20 pounds
  • ServeSafe certification must be obtained within first 60 days of hire
  • CPR and AED certification required within first 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Executes coffee and espresso drinks to specification of Lifecafe's recipes and of the member's request
  • Ensures cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Provides exceptional service to members and customers while answering questions and providing information as needed
  • Maintains a clean and inviting area for members and customers
  • Prepares fresh coffee and espresso beverages according to quality standards
  • Engages positively with members and customers to enhance their experience
