Job Requirements
- One year of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop
- Ability to perform repetitive bending and lift more than 20 pounds
- ServeSafe certification must be obtained within first 60 days of hire
- CPR and AED certification required within first 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- Executes coffee and espresso drinks to specification of Lifecafe's recipes and of the member's request
- Ensures cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Provides exceptional service to members and customers while answering questions and providing information as needed
- Maintains a clean and inviting area for members and customers
- Prepares fresh coffee and espresso beverages according to quality standards
- Engages positively with members and customers to enhance their experience
