The LifeCafe Barista position is a critical role within Life Time, tasked with delivering high-quality customer service while preparing and serving fresh coffee and espresso beverages to members and customers. This role requires someone who is passionate about coffee craftsmanship and dedicated to maintaining a clean and inviting environment that reflects the company’s high standards. The Barista will be responsible for executing coffee and espresso drinks following LifeCafe’s precise recipes and catering to individual member requests with care and attention.

Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop
- ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Executes coffee and espresso drinks to specification of LifeCafe's recipes and of the member's request

- Provides exceptional service to members and customers while answering questions and providing information as needed
