The company prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering inclusivity, and maintaining a vibrant, supportive atmosphere for both members and team members alike.

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our LifeCafe team. The LifeCafe Barista role is crucial in delivering a top-tier coffee experience to our members and customers. This includes routine cleaning tasks and supporting an overall environment that encourages customers to relax and enjoy their visit. Exceptional service is paramount; the barista acts as a frontline ambassador for Life Time, answering questions, providing information about products and services, and enhancing the overall member experience.

The ideal candidate will come with a minimum of one year of barista experience and must obtain ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of employment. CPR/AED certification is also required within the first 30 days of hire, emphasizing the company’s dedication to safety and preparedness. Physical requirements include the ability to bend routinely and lift weights over 20 pounds, accommodating the physical demands of the role. Preferred qualifications include prior restaurant experience and skills in latte art, which add value to the guest experience and contribute to Life Time's reputation for quality and excellence.

Life Time offers a competitive benefits package that supports both the professional growth and personal well-being of its team members. All team members receive fully subsidized gym memberships, discounts on Life Time products and services, and access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan with discretionary company matches for those 21 years or older. Additional benefits for full-time employees include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, pre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plans, parental leave and adoption assistance, as well as paid time off ranging from 5 to 20 vacation days annually based on tenure, plus paid sick leave where required. Life Time fosters an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and promotes equal opportunity for recruitment, advancement, and training based on merit and qualifications.
