The role of Membership Concierge III - Life Time Work is a vital leadership position within the Concierge Team, focused on providing exemplary customer service to members and guests. This role actively promotes the Life Time Work brand to prospective members while supporting daily operations and directly contributing to the achievement of membership acquisition and retention goals. The incumbent will serve as a cultural ambassador, modeling the highest standards of service, and fostering engagement through expertly hosted events designed to strengthen community ties and encourage a healthy work-life balance. The Membership Concierge III is responsible for space management, ensuring that the environment is impeccably maintained, welcoming, and fully supportive of member needs. This includes overseeing member onboarding, managing service desks, supporting technology needs at a basic level, and ensuring supplies are well-stocked and organized. Members can expect energetic, personalized attention, helping them maximize their Life Time Work experience.
In addition to daily customer interaction, this position plays an essential role in business operations by tracking financial performance metrics such as profit and loss and supporting cross-training initiatives with the Club Member Concierge team to enhance overall service delivery. A proactive approach to member feedback allows this role to continuously improve member satisfaction and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines a strong background in sales and customer service with excellent communication and time management skills, plus the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. - 3 to 5 years of sales and customer service experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and time management skills

Job Duties
- Builds and develops relationships with new and existing members by providing premiere customer service and showing care for all members, team members and space presentation
- Serves members at member service desks, setting an energetic, helpful and friendly tone
- Performs daily walkthroughs to ensure that all areas are like new, clean and organized
- Hosts member events on a regular basis focused on living a healthy way of life in work, and to cultivate community and connection between members
- Demonstrates personal sales success by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
- Tracks business financials for the Life Time Work location including P&L
- Facilitates cross-training with Club Member Concierge team
- Builds awareness and support for retention through effective communication and reporting of all social and business activities
- Collects and responds to feedback and concerns gathered from team members and members
- Delivers new member onboarding
