The role also offers a compelling benefits package which includes competitive wages with shift differentials and annual increases, bonuses, and an employee referral bonus. Staff members will appreciate access to community amenities like a physical wellness center, discounted meals, and a sensory oasis room with a massage chair. Moreover, education programs such as tuition reimbursement, discounts at local institutions, and professional development funds are provided to encourage continual growth and learning.
