Currently, Mt. San Antonio Gardens is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment Program Assistant dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents at their two Green House® Homes, Harrison and Taylor Villa. This position involves planning, organizing, and implementing tailored activities and programs designed to meet the cognitive and social needs of memory-impaired residents. The role requires creativity, empathy, and strong organizational skills, as the assistant will engage residents through individual and group events, social visits, and entertainment activities such as music, games, and reading. The assistant is also responsible for coordinating events in collaboration with other departments, maintaining detailed records on attendance and program success, and adapting to any expanded duties during emergency situations, including adherence to relevant state rules and regulations.

Ideal candidates will be flexible in scheduling, as weekend and evening shifts are essential, and must hold valid First Aid and CPR certification, along with a valid California Driver’s License and a good driving record. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are imperative, as is a genuine desire to support resident independence and well-being.
