Job Requirements

  • Compassionate, energetic, and creative leader
  • Experience working with older adults preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to plan and lead diverse activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with community organizations and families

Job Qualifications

  • Activity Director preferred
  • Experience in senior living, recreation, or event planning preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to engage residents of all cognitive and physical abilities

Job Duties

  • Develop a diverse calendar of events, activities, and outings tailored to residents' interests and abilities
  • Encourage participation and foster meaningful connections among residents
  • Partner with community organizations, volunteers, and families to enhance programming
  • Lead group activities such as arts and crafts, music, fitness, games, and educational sessions
  • Ensure all programs align with residents' preferences and needs while maintaining a fun and inclusive atmosphere
