Job Requirements
- Compassionate, energetic, and creative leader
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to plan and lead diverse activities
- Ability to work collaboratively with community organizations and families
Job Qualifications
- Activity Director preferred
- Experience in senior living, recreation, or event planning preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to engage residents of all cognitive and physical abilities
Job Duties
- Develop a diverse calendar of events, activities, and outings tailored to residents' interests and abilities
- Encourage participation and foster meaningful connections among residents
- Partner with community organizations, volunteers, and families to enhance programming
- Lead group activities such as arts and crafts, music, fitness, games, and educational sessions
- Ensure all programs align with residents' preferences and needs while maintaining a fun and inclusive atmosphere
