The Life Enrichment Coordinator will assist the Director of Life Enrichment to ensure all programming, including specialized programs such as Lifestyles and Health Services, Embrace the World, Ambassador, and the Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program, is thoughtfully executed each month. The role demands creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with seniors of various backgrounds, abilities, and interests. The community expects this coordinator to lead daily resident activities, promote health and wellness initiatives, and create an inclusive environment that accommodates seniors at all stages of life and memory capacity. The position is designed as an 8-hour day shift, primarily from 9 am to 5 pm, with weekend and holiday availability required. It is an in-person role that encourages a hands-on approach to senior care and enrichment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Six months experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Good communication skills verbal and written

Job Duties
- Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events following the Life Enrichment programs on a monthly basis
- Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees
- Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff in disease prevention and management
- Lead daily resident activities per Community standards
- Assist with preparing and distributing monthly calendars according to Community standards
- Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population
- Maintain high levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance at all times
