In this vital role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing an engaging activities program that addresses the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of our residents. Working closely with the residents, their families, and other members of our care team, you will help foster a vibrant community atmosphere where every individual can thrive. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Touchmark on South Hill, you will have the chance to utilize your skills in event planning, creativity, and interpersonal communication to design activities ranging from holiday and birthday celebrations to social gatherings and exercise programs. You will play a key role in supporting our mission to provide a stimulating and nurturing environment for seniors, especially those living with dementia. The position offers a competitive starting wage of $20 per hour and a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, allowing for a balanced work-life routine.
