Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience working with dementia residents preferred
- experience in social or recreational activities programs in healthcare
- valid driver’s license with favorable annual driving record
- commitment to confidentiality
- ability to maintain patient and tactful composure
- food handler’s permit

Job Duties
- plan and implement activities programs that meet physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of residents
- encourage and motivate residents daily
- collaborate with residents, families, and care teams to enhance community engagement
- organize holiday and birthday celebrations, social events, and exercise programs
- ensure activities cater to residents living with dementia
- maintain confidentiality of resident status and medical history
- maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors
