We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion, values that are deeply embedded in our approach to care and community engagement. Our team members are not only professionals in their fields but also compassionate individuals who strive to make a positive impact every day. Our state-of-the-art facilities and dedicated staff ensure that each resident enjoys a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being.

We are excited to invite a creative and compassionate individual to join our talented team as a Life Enrichment Coordinator, focusing on our brand-new Claremont and Pembrook neighborhoods. In this vital role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing an engaging activities program that addresses the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of our residents. Working closely with the residents, their families, and other members of our care team, you will help foster a vibrant community atmosphere where every individual can thrive. This position offers a wonderful opportunity to encourage and motivate residents daily while being a positive and supportive presence in their lives. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our residents, ensuring they feel valued, engaged, and cared for.

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Touchmark on South Hill, you will have the chance to utilize your skills in event planning, creativity, and interpersonal communication to design activities ranging from holiday and birthday celebrations to social gatherings and exercise programs. You will play a key role in supporting our mission to provide a stimulating and nurturing environment for seniors, especially those living with dementia. The position offers a competitive starting wage of $20 per hour and a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, allowing for a balanced work-life routine. Our ideal candidate is committed to upholding Touchmark's core values and possesses a genuine passion for working with elderly residents in a supportive geriatric environment.
