Transportation will be a component of the role, with responsibilities including driving residents safely to external appointments and community outings using the community vehicles, for which full training is provided. Emphasizing communication, collaboration, and technology use, this position also involves sharing community highlights via social media and internal platforms, helping to keep residents and their families connected and informed.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, possesses clear and effective communication skills in English, and is flexible to accommodate occasional evening and weekend shifts. Safety is paramount, with requirements including a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a minimum age of 21 years.
