With competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) program with discretionary company matching, the company ensures employees are valued and supported.

Ideal candidates for this role are responsible and compassionate individuals aged 25 or older who hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to meet insurance requirements. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds is necessary to perform the duties involved. Prior experience with seniors, event or lesson planning, or creative skills is preferred but not mandatory. Evening and weekend work may be required, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role.
