The Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant at Legend Senior Living plays a vital role in creating engaging and meaningful experiences for residents. This part-time position involves assisting with the planning and execution of diverse activities tailored to meet the residents’ needs and preferences. The Assistant supports calendar development, budgeting, event coordination, setup, and cleanup, ensuring every activity runs smoothly and provides value to the community. One unique aspect of this role includes providing oversight for specific life enrichment components such as Memory Care or individual activities. The position also involves coordinating transportation for residents to and from external events, sometimes requiring driving company vehicles.

Effective communication with residents and staff, adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are integral to the role.
