Staff members must be adept at following recipes precisely to ensure consistency and quality of every product served. Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitized environment is a critical aspect of the LifeCafe Staff role. Given the fast-paced nature of the café, the ability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to health and safety standards is essential. Employees will also be expected to manage the physical demands of the position, including prolonged standing, bending, and lifting items over 20 pounds. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
