The LifeCafe Staff position is a vital role within the Life Time ecosystem, focused on delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members. Staff in this role are expected to execute menu items accurately and efficiently according to recipe and speed of service standards, ensuring that every order meets Quality expectations. This position demands strong customer service skills, as LifeCafe Staff regularly engage with members by responding to questions and offering knowledgeable suggestions about food and service options. Maintaining a clean and sanitary cafe environment is also a core component of the role, supporting the overall member experience and health standards.

LifeCafe Staff must be able to work effectively both in a stationary position and by moving throughout the cafe during shifts. Physical demands include the ability to consistently and repetitively bend and lift items weighing more than 20 pounds, emphasizing the active nature of the job. Additionally, employees in this role are required to obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire, reflecting Life Time's commitment to safety and preparedness in all its facilities.
