The LifeCafe Staff position is a vital role within the Life Time community, responsible for ensuring that members receive exceptional service and quality food and beverages during their visits. As a LifeCafe Staff member, you will be expected to prepare menu items according to standardized recipes and speed of service guidelines. This position demands attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include executing food, shakes, beverages, and espresso orders promptly while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary cafe environment. This is an hourly role with wages ranging from $13.25 up to $15.75, dependent upon experience and qualifications. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
