The LifeCafe Staff role plays a critical part in this mission by executing food, shakes, and beverage orders quickly and accurately according to recipe and speed of service standards. This position demands a high level of energy, customer orientation, and the ability to maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The LifeCafe Staff member will engage directly with members by responding to inquiries and offering suggestions, enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, proficiency in preparing espresso drinks is a core responsibility, requiring speed and attention to quality. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive lifting tasks. The LifeCafe Staff member is also required to obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire, underscoring the company’s emphasis on safety and preparedness. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
  • ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

  • Previous experience in a food service or beverage preparation role
