LifeCafe Staff play an essential role in maintaining the high quality of service and food standards that members expect. The position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to strict food preparation standards. The LifeCafe Staff will be responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. They will need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment at all times. This role involves preparing food, shakes, espresso, and other beverage orders quickly and accurately. Staff members will also interact directly with members, responding to questions and offering knowledgeable suggestions to enhance the dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the cafe is a critical component of the role, ensuring that all areas meet health and safety requirements. This position requires physical stamina to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift objects of more than 20 pounds routinely. Additionally, staff must obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of employment, emphasizing the company’s commitment to a safe environment. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
