The LifeCafe Staff position is a vital role within Life Time’s café operations. This role involves preparing and executing menu items such as food, shakes, and espresso drinks according to standardized recipes and speed of service benchmarks. The LifeCafe Staff is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with members, answering their questions, and recommending appropriate food and beverage options. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment in a fast-paced café setting is essential. The position demands efficiency, multitasking, and a professional demeanor to uphold Life Time’s reputation for quality and member satisfaction.

This is an hourly, part-time or full-time position, with wages ranging from $16.50 up to $19.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications. LifeCafe Staff will have the opportunity to gain meaningful experience in the food service industry within a thriving wellness company. The role requires physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods and lifting items weighing more than 20 pounds.
