The LifeCafe Staff position is responsible for preparing and serving menu items quickly and efficiently, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment for every guest. Employees will enjoy working in a supportive and inclusive culture that prioritizes employee safety and certification, including CPR/AED training. This role is vital to delivering the overall wellness experience Life Time promises to its members and guests.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare menu items consistently
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
- Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
- Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
- Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner
