The LifeCafe Staff position at Life Time is an essential role responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently preparing and serving menu items that meet recipe and speed standards. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of the LifeCafe by ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced setting. The position accommodates team members with an hourly wage starting at $15.00 and can increase up to $18.00 based on experience and qualifications, offering an attractive compensation package for both entry-level and seasoned staff.

In this role, LifeCafe staff members handle food, beverage, and espresso drink orders quickly and accurately while fostering positive interactions with members by responding to questions and offering menu suggestions. Beyond food preparation, staff maintain sanitation standards critical to customer safety and comfort. Life Time emphasizes professional growth, with training opportunities designed to enhance skill development and career advancement within their organization. Additionally, team members are expected to uphold physical requirements, including standing for extended periods and safely lifting items over 20 pounds. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
  • ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

  • prior experience in food service or hospitality helpful
