As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee drinks that meet LifeCafe's specific recipes as well as the individual preferences of customers. Job Requirements
- One year of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop
- ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend and lift more than 20 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Commitment to inclusivity and equity principles

Job Duties
- Execute coffee and espresso drinks to LifeCafe's recipe specifications and customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Provide exceptional service to members and customers while answering questions and providing information
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained
- Stock and replenish all supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth and efficient service
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols at all times
