With a commitment to driving digital transformation, NetApp supports clients across multiple sectors in leveraging data for AI, multicloud environments, and other advanced technological applications. Established as a trusted partner in the data management space, NetApp offers enterprise-grade storage services that seamlessly integrate with major cloud providers such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure. This integration provides customers with unmatched performance, resilience, and security, allowing them to handle everything from traditional workloads to cutting-edge enterprise AI applications with ease. NetApp fosters a culture of innovation, encouraging employees to think boldly and act decisively to push the boundaries of what data infrastructure can achieve. The company's approach to work embraces flexibility, inclusivity, and ownership, with a hybrid working environment designed to promote collaboration and maintain strong cultural connections among its workforce. Equal employment opportunity is a cornerstone of NetApp's hiring philosophy, ensuring a diverse and supportive workplace where all employees can thrive.

The position of GTM Strategy and Program Manager within NetApp is a pivotal role designed to drive growth in the company’s Enterprise Agreement (EA) business segment. This role involves the strategic refinement and execution of NetApp’s Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for Enterprise Agreements. The individual in this position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, strategy, product management, finance, legal, and operations—to coordinate, prioritize, and implement key initiatives that accelerate growth within the EA portfolio. The GTM Strategy and Program Manager will spearhead the development of sales enablement tools such as sales playbooks and collateral, ensuring successful adoption and execution of GTM strategies and programs. This role demands a strong capability to integrate diverse stakeholder inputs into a unified strategy while focusing on customer experience improvements and seamless operational execution.

An ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned professional with over 12 years of relevant experience in areas such as consulting, strategy, operations, sales enablement, and project or program management. Expertise in GTM strategies, including sales plays and initiatives, is essential. The candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert for the Enterprise Agreement business, acting as a critical liaison between sales teams, customers, and other internal departments. With a competitive target salary range of $170,000 to $253,000 USD—adjusted based on location, experience, qualifications, and education—this role offers a comprehensive compensation package inclusive of health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, performance incentives, and stock options.

Working at NetApp means joining a community of mold breakers, innovators, and dedicated problem solvers who do not wait for perfect moments but make them. The company prides itself on rewarding initiative, impact, and ownership while providing flexibility that allows employees to balance professional and personal aspirations. Those who thrive at NetApp are individuals who bring curiosity, creativity, and drive to their work every day and who aspire to contribute meaningfully to the company’s journey toward a $10 billion revenue target. The recruitment process emphasizes a fair and streamlined approach, with applications carefully reviewed through official NetApp channels to ensure equity and transparency. Candidates should be prepared for some stages of hiring to incorporate AI tools that assist in evaluating applications, reinforcing the company's commitment to innovation even in its internal processes.
