This full-time position is for a Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join their growing team. The role is designed for experienced, licensed veterinary technicians who can combine their clinical skills with leadership abilities to support and guide their colleagues. The position requires professionals holding LVT, CVT, or RVT credentials with a minimum of five years of experience. Supervisors at VCA Kalamazoo benefit from monthly training focusing on leadership and development, supported by a network of ten specialty hospital supervisory teams for continuous learning and shared expertise.

The Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor will work collaboratively across all hospital departments, fostering communication, coaching associates to reach their potential, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. This role is pivotal in maintaining skill efficiency, facilitating professional development such as VTNE preparation, licensure guidance, and scheduling support. There is some regional travel involved, reflecting the regional nature of the hospital's network and the supervisor’s role in connecting multiple teams.
